    PCI DSS 9.4 Visitor Log

    April 9, 2015 /

    Chocolate and Marshmallow Pancakes

Not a huge fan of Chocolate myself but I do like creme brulee and these … the little marshmallows … make this a tasty weekend pancake treat! My Protein Shake

    January 25, 2014 /

So I’m sure you all have your favorite blends you make and some of us have done the straight water and protein or “flavored” protein shakes. I’ve decided to get back to my protein shake routine. With that, here is one recipe I find quite tasty: 3/4c Orange Juice (or I often use filtered water) 1c Strawberries 1 banana Your brand of protein added (I use EAS) per directions ice cubes to your liking (I usually only add 3-4, if any) Blend until smooth and enjoy! Nice and tasty! Mmm
