Last night Sprint Support back tracked once again here
Well if that is the case I have two things to mention.
1. Perhaps Sprint shouldn’t put an announcement out that they are going to be updating, be clear an concise with the when please.
2. Sprint shouldn’t be giving away devices that cause customers to have such concerns, only creating more support issues for people to be upset about.
Sadly it makes consumers think Sprint doesn’t care. Especially when consumers clamor for help, Sprint posts help is coming, and then waits so long it hopes consumers forget that it was suppose to be addressed.
Taking a wider look at the forum in general shows many consumers complaining about promises of help and lack of follow through. Hope that changes. Right now many of us only hear excuses and the end result is shown in the Quarterly Losses. Service and Support – it’s that important: Sprint loses hundreds of thousands of customers due to ‘service disruption’
