Sprint and SM-T217S Upgrade – The Saga Continues

Not only does this continue and Sprint talks in circles, when they actually do bother to respond, many people are complaining.

I’m just amazed at so many customer service complaints, so many service issues, and so many canned responses.  

Sprint becoming the old Cingular.  Anyone remember their “Family Plan” back in the day?  At least Cingular had AT&T to buy and eventually help in getting rid of much of that tarnished reputation after a time.  Wonder what Sprint is going to do?

This is my personal view and I wonder what others, besides those posting on Sprint’s message boards, think of how things are going there?
