I’ve had a funny WoW (World of Warcraft) request, several times when in MoP (Mists of Pandaria). 

So when finishing the quest “A Steady Hand” from Wu you will be told to “Do not forget to wash your hands. Blushleaf stains forever.”

So go straight over to the stream … by the floating pink flowers, find the deepest portion, and go for a swim.

Tada!  Your hands are clean!
