Not a huge fan of Chocolate myself but I do like creme brulee and these … the little marshmallows … make this a tasty weekend pancake treat! Here’s what you’ll need: Mix together: 1 1/2 cups flour 3 1/2 ts baking powder 1 TB sugar 1 1/4 cups milk 1 large egg 3 TB butter (melted) Now to pull it all together: Pour the pancake batter into pan (or on your griddle), place handful of semisweet chocolate chips and the little marshmallows on top of pancake batter.  Now cover with another layer of pancake batter to coat.
