Also fondly know by the locals as the "4 or 5 hours" (travel time).

I have been to this area both north, south, east, west, and in L.A. proper.  Never before have I had to endure the traffic as I did on Friday.  lol ... the sad part was, what is typically a 20 minute drive from the airport to this client took 2 hours to get to them on the 405 and just over two more hours to travel an additional jaunt up the 405 to the hotel afterward.

Hope you remember, if you have to travel the 405 ... definately plan the 4 to 5 hours needed in the L.A. area.
