I thought this was interesting especially today 2 years later.  Especially when the Republicans are being blamed for the budget because the regualr "Main Street" American doesn't know history let alone their Constitution (who has budget control/spends the money; who only recommends expeditures?).  The "WayBack Machine" is a GREAT and wonderful tool!
